I had a delightful time on a visit to Shirley's house in GA. My friend, Tina, and I went over on Friday to spend the night. Saturday was beautiful...cool, but sunny. We went to a local craft show, then a litlle shopping in town. Here we are hi-jacking goods in a local store to use for our own amusement. It's O.K....we bought lots there...even a birdhouse we broke!!!!! Sometimes, we forget to act our age! But we ALWAYS have a good time. Shirley's daughters joined us for part of the day...and grandaughter, too. How I love those girls!
Thank-you God for a chance to renew my soul and get filled up with warm fuzzies!

Okay, so friend, I woke up today, heard the news it was officially spring (although I have already worn white pants - oh, no!), and I knew you would be back from your 2nd trip and have a posting on your blog. Yep, I was right; the Queen has a position to uphold. I love your comment from Mark Twain about spring. I think I will steal it and use it in my classroom. Thanks for a great time - as usual. Have you even had time to unpack? All you other ladies reading this, please know that this is a VERY SPECIAL LADY and it will be a blessing to get to know her better.
Tonja - Sounds like you had a really nice visit with your friends. Isn't it nice to be able to spend some quality time with important people in your life? How did your shopping trip to Atlanta go?
And Princess "S" - I agree that Tonja sounds like a very special lady. I'd love to get to know her better!
Are these the wonderful ladies coming to Maui? Hi Tonja, this is Liza from Liza's Eyeview. I just read your comment on my post. You know I didn't get the first e-mail you sent...can you send that again so I can reply? send it to lizamaui at yahoo dot com. Thanks :)
