HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JOY!
This is my sister and today is her birthday. She is as sweet and kind as they come, and is loved by many...me especially! People tell her all the time that she looks so much like me...the funny thing is, I have to keep reminding her to say, "Thank-You!" :)

- I am a Christian woman who has survived 56 years on the planet. God has blessed me with a wonderful family: husband, 3 sons and a dear DIL. I also have dear friends to keep me inspired. I am an artist of sorts and am finding my way through the great blessing of retirement. I recently retired after 20 years as a music teacher. Life is good!

I have two sisters, so I wouldn't touch that who's the oldest thing with a 10 foot pole! Happy birthday to your sister and you do look so much alike!

Why would you put us blogger friends on the spot like that??? :-) I'm avoiding that answer too, but not avoiding wishing her a Happy Birthday!
(I'm not avoiding it for any reason other than the fact that I can't tell! You really do look alike!)

So what does Adam's comment mean? That you two are indeed twins? I certainly can't tell who's older, and I wouldn't say it if I could! You're both beautiful.

Adam's comment means: I asked him to post that pic of Joy to Flickr (it's one he took)...instead he e-mailed it to me, and I had no idea how to get it from e-mail to where I could blog it. When I asked him about it, he was a little perturbed that his Mom was asking him yet another question about computer workings...not very patient was he. I had used up my alotted help of the day with,"please send the pic." So, I just told him,"Never mind." Later when Ian called, I asked him how and he told me over the phone. So, Adam thinks I figured it out...but I didn't, but now I know. And yes there is something I figured out.....
But, No, we really are not twins.

You already told us the answer to the question a few posts ago.
But I think you two really are twins! I don't think I've ever seen siblings who look so much alike.
