MY SEEDY LIFE

1.Pop is doing great! He is feeling sore, but not really in pain. Doctors are very pleased!

2. Mom got sick during the night, and Joy brought her home early this morning. She insisted on spending the night with Pop. She must have picked up some sort of bug...throwing up, severe headache, etc. She's not been able to get off the couch today. Not sure what tonight holds. We may be headed back to the ER with her.

3. Lori, Joy's daughter, is at home trying to rid herself of 6 kidney stones! 6!!! She is in much pain, as you can well imagine!

4. Alex had a rough night, so I am running on little sleep.

5. Don and I had to go to the architect's office this afternoon, because the builder is waiting for the lights. We had to OK some selections.

6. I have missed my first 2 days of school and the 3rd is looking 'iffy', too.

7. I missed my first weigh-in on the way to a new and fabulous me.

Life is like a blackberry cobbler.....I don't like it when it has seeds in it!

I'm so sorry things seem to have gotten out of control. Sometimes it just seems like when it rains, it pours.

Lord, I ask for your amazing grace to cover Tonja and her family in the days and nights ahead.

But seeds are the source of growth and something beautify. Seeds are what make things grow. :-)

Oh girl, you certainly have a lot on your plate right now. I'll pray for you and your entire family tonight.

Remember, God is always close by.

Oh Tonja, look at all the opportunities you have for the Lord to work in you and those around you. Thanks for letting us get in on the blessing of praying for improved health all around.

Oh gosh - surgery, kidney stones, headaches, ... sorry to hear about these seeds this week. Lifting up a breath of air prayer for you, dear one.

Tonja...
I am so glad your dad is doing much better...sadden to hear your mom is suffering from some type of bug...she probably got run down a tad and was "bait" for any germ floating about out there in the hallways of the "non-germ-free" hospital. She is blessed to have you and your sis there to lean on...but from what it sounds like she may have a bit of "stubborn" in her as well...you know if that had been you or I...we would have done the same thing she did and stayed at the hospital with your dad! I'll be sure to lift her up in prayer...along with continued healing for your pop.

I pray that Alex's health starts turning around for the better and that he is able to have relief from his daily pain...and that you both get some much needed rest.

Man!! oh man!!...7 kidney stones...I hear that is so painful...I will keep her in my prayers as well.

You always seem to find the positive in everything...even amongst the "pits" or "seeds" of life...you truly are an inspiration and a blessing to all that know you!

Please get some sleep...and know you are in my continued prayers...

Blessings...
Teresa
