BELIEVE IT OR NOT...

Friends,

You'll never believe this...but my Adam is back in surgery. Suzanne took him back to B'ham for a check-up today...and they send him straight to emergency surgery. His retina has torn...again. They are going to try a different procedure this time. Oh, my...what a mess. Sweet Suzanne was there alone...but Ian went to be with her as soon as he got off. He will take care of her and they will stay with Ian tonight.

The ants are back in my pantry and in my kitchen. This is the third time the bug man has come.

The air conditioning unit in the back of our house had a melt down yesterday.

I moved my car so the a/c man could get to the attic access. Ran the car into the side of the house...hurt car...scraped and broke house...made husband very unhappy.

Does anyone have a case of Calgon? :)

I am so sorry to hear about Adam.
I will pray for him. You have been through so many things you poor girl. Yes, Calgon sounds great. When you mentioned that I was also thinking about Enjoli, remember that one? I never brought home the bacon, I hate frying it up in the pan, and sorry but who has time to handle his needs! Hope things get better quickly!

Wow, when it rains it pours, doesn't it?

Lord, I'm crying to you to bring a time of peace and restoration to Tonja and her family.

Tonja,

I'm praying hard for you some eye-fixing, ant-banishing, A/C mending, house-fixing, car-smoothing, husband-soothing grace.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Adam, with those who mend his eyes, those who tend him as he heals, and all of you who love him.

And a bushel-pressed-down-and-running-over of purest Grace for you, my dear Friend.

Tonya,

That was me just now---Sis signed me up for a gmail page like hers, with all the messages, links, etc. So the signature to you was wrong.

Tonja, I'm so sorry to hear about Adam. My dad went through the same surgery as Adam, and spent six weeks with his head down as instructed by his doctor and then had to have the same procedure done again, too. I pray Adam's surgery goes well and his recovery is smooth and complete this time.

May God be with all of you during these very difficult days.

Oh! Tonja...I am so sorry you have been going through so much. I will start praying immediately to our Father...for wisdom, discernment and healing hands for those who are taking care of Adam, for Suzanne and Ian as they help nurse Adam back to full strength, for your A/C to get it's act together (how dare it cos troubles before it's one year old!...can we say...warranty please) for your car to be completely handled by insurance and Don...well, he probably is just tired...so we'll give him a day or so to get in a better mood.

My friend...you've been through way more than anyone deserves in a liftime...much less the last couple of weeks. Please know I am praying for you, thinking of you and wishing I was there to give you tons of help and hugs.

Blessings...
Teresa

Dear Tonya:

I am SO sorry! It all seems to be too much...but God knows, and He is not surprised by any of this. I am praying for you, and that God, in His very special way, will completely manifest Himself in and through every seen & unseen part of your life, and will continue to hold you close as He reminds you that you are His beloved, His chosen!

Blessings
- Cyndy

I'm praying for Adam. You ran into the house because everything is happening at once and you're tired! I'm also convinced the bug people feed the bugs so they'll keep having repeat work! The A/C????? Oh, my.

I have read your blog over the past months, and even though I don't know you personally, I am sitting at my desk crying as I read about the passing of your dear Mother. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I think this requires more than calgon. Wow! You have been under attack lately. I think Satan is seeing what a great witness you are and he isn't liking it.
Praying for your sanity.
Hang in there.
