I have joined a gym, and am going to work out each day after school. Actually, I am really enjoying it. It makes me feel better...physically and mentally. This is just something I need to do for me. I am dieting, too. I am beginning to feel a difference in my clothes, and my Mom said she could tell when she saw me on Sunday. This gym is a place similar to Curves, so it only takes me about 30 minutes and I can get on home to Alex.

He is about the same. Still no relief in pain. He is a very sick young man. Please continue to keep him in your prayers.

Good for you working out. Exercise will help relieve some of your stress. Prayers going out for Alex.

Isn't it great how getting some exercise and losing a little bit of weight makes such a difference in the way we feel? Some days I feel absolutely limber and spry compared to last year! So happy for you! And still praying for dear Alex.

I hate that Alex is having such a hard time. I'm sure that's difficult to see on a daily basis...I really cannot even imagine. I'm glad you're doing something for YOU though..sounds like you're already doing great! I'm proud of you!

You go girl! So glad you have an "outlet" for stress.

Sorry to hear Alex isn't any better. I'm still praying.

Glad to hear your diet and exercise is going well. I'm on my "routine" now, too. It does feel good. Have you been taking the supplement your relative suggested? (I can't remember the name). I'm always interested in things like that.

Also, I'm so sorry to hear about Alex. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. It must be so hard to see your child struggling like that
