- I am a Christian woman who has survived 56 years on the planet. God has blessed me with a wonderful family: husband, 3 sons and a dear DIL. I also have dear friends to keep me inspired. I am an artist of sorts and am finding my way through the great blessing of retirement. I recently retired after 20 years as a music teacher. Life is good!

I'll tell you what - - - the Tide SCARED me in the first quarter - - - I didn't think they were EVER going to be able to actually, you know, RECEIVE a ball!
But, then they got "rolling" and Texas didn't - - - and well - - - the rest is history.
I did feel badly for Colt getting hurt so early in the game.
I'm happy if your happy!
Enjoyed the game...even though I'm from Texas...I'm not a huge UT fan...nor am I loyal w/it comes to football...lol...actually, I probably should be cautious posting this...but I'm a big OU (University of Oklahoma) fan...but since I've moved to Cali...I figure I'm a bit safe.
I hated it for Colt McCoy,though...I do think the game would have been much closer than the final score had he been playing AND what a class act that young man is...did you see his question & answer sessions after the reporter (who in my opinion asked the DUMBEST question ever to him)...seriously what did she think he would say about how badly he felt not to play. His answer certainly cemented my belief that he is a Class Act. Kudo's to Bama and their coach...they were outstanding!!
Thanks for sharing the cute picture...and just for silly purposes...what exactly is a "Roll Tide"??? I'm still trying to figure out what a Sooner is...well, actually I know the Webster's definition of a Sooner...but I don't care for it!!
