I CAN'T BELIEVE HE SAID THAT !

As Alex and I were sitting on the couch last night, he was telling me about the wonders of his 'new eyes'! I was thoroughly enjoying listening to him expounding upon the things he was seeing...for the 'first time' in a long time. However...my joy turned to dismay quite quickly when he looked right at me and said, "Mom, I can even see all the lines on your face now!??!!!???

Obviously, his close up vision still needs a little tweaking!!!!!

Oh I'm LOLing, but in case that hurts your feelings I'm doing it under my breath!!!!! Next time turn the lights dimmer and he won't be able to see those tiny little barely noticeable lines.

Obviously...tweaking is a must!

Love that you guys are enjoying all of this new found wonderment w/Alex...what a blessing all the way around...even with a few wrinkles uncovered...it has to be the GREATEST, eh???

Blessings abound...

Oh, you know they never get that part right! I'm with Keetha, turn the lights down low. I always look better in very low light!

This made me chuckle! It's worth a slight hurt feeling I'm sure to know he's seeing so well. He must be to see those tiny tiny lines on your face!

I'm so thrilled for him.

Hugs!

Honey, you earned every one of those lines. And it's just AWESOME that he can see them. I just loved all the pictures of him and your parents. So much joy, so much love.

I am so happy that Alex had a good outcome with his surgery. Praise God for good doctors.
