Just ran across these on Amazon and thought they were a hoot! All the product reviews say they really work and do a great job of picking up things off the floor. I can just imagine those of you with younger children getting them a pair and having them dust as they slide across the floor. They wouldn't even have to know they were working. I don't think that would work around here...I'd end up with a broken neck or leg or something. And poor Scooter would have an 'episode' if he were to see such a thing!

AHHH, the days of Johnson's wax applied by hand from a can, and of my friends coming over on Saturday morning to dance the floors shiny to Rock 'n' Roll, each of us wearing a pair of Daddy's big ole wool socks!!

My daughter and I just saw these at Bed Bath and Beyond. I thought they were a hoot!! My daughter actually said she would love them!!! She's a clean freak!

Ah, Tonja, I thought for sure you were going to say you were buying a pair. I'm assuming you have hardwood in your new home. I would say they might make a person feel a little off balance with the "uneven" soles.
Can you imagine how they would LOOK when you sat down to put your feet up and relax???? You'd have the worst case of dusty feet ever!
I've seen those and thought the same thing, I'd break my neck!
