Now, I know you may not agree with me on this one, but, I do think this is a beautiful thing! I have always had a fascination with bare trees. The design of the branches against a grey sky is such a calming picture to me. It's the essence of simplicity. Even without their lovely green attire, the structure and architesture of the tree is a beauty to behold. It also reminds me that changes come, and go...just as the leaves. We may feel stripped bare ourselves at times, but just as the leaves start to bud out again...hope will blossom...growth will begin...and all will be green.

It reminds me of a tree I look at outside of my window at work. I keep thinking I should take a picture of it 4 times a year so we can see the beauty of all of the seasons. Yours is so pretty! We have a black and white picture similar to yours hanging in our living room! Although the leaves come and go, it's still a tree, and I am reminded this Sunday of THE tree!
